This site compiles the 67 articles I’ve written since 2017 for the official Norwich City matchday programme on the football clubs of Norfolk (Around the Grounds, 2017-18) and the local football history of Norwich City’s opponents (Travel Diaries, 2018-20).
In 2018 I completed a PhD at the University of Central Lancashire’s International Football Institute on the visual culture of stadium moves in English football since 1988. You can read it here if you really want.
I work for the independent football magazine When Saturday Comes.
I write for and am one of the editors of the Along Come Norwich print fanzine, and have also written for Glory and Nutmeg.
I’ve been part of the University of Sheffield’s The Sporting Statues Project since 2010.
